PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "mobile communication device" which allows the user to easily know the reason why a call is disconnected when the call is disconnected during conversation with the other party. SOLUTION: The mobile communication device performing mobile communication via a communication network has: a communication means which establishes a connection to the communication network, an information input means which input information relating to communication; an information output means which outputs a communication state of the other party; and a control means which, when determining that the communication with the other party is suddenly disconnected without being properly ended (S12-S14), provides a guidance which describes the reason why the communication with the other party has been disconnected via the information output means (S15). The control means determines that the communication has been suddenly disconnected, when a signal indicating the end of the communication has not been received from the other party and the end of the communication has not been indicated via the information input means in the situation in which the communication means is in a normal communication state.
