PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic made inner bag of a bag-in-box for cooking oil, which houses used cooking oil with a temperature range of about 170°C to about 180°C, and which is free from breakage even when it is subjected to impact of shaking and bodies falling. SOLUTION: The plastic inner bag of a bag-in-box for cooking oil is constituted of a multi-layer resin film with an outer layer 5 made of a resin film with a melting point of 170°C or above and an inner layer 7 made of a resin film with a melting point of 170°C or above having heat sealability, in between which an intermediary layer 6, having flexibility, of a film of a thermoplastic polyester elastomer of a melting point being 170°C or above or of a thermoplastic polyamide elastomer is provided for configuration, with this flexible intermediary layer 6 absorbing impact of shaking and bodies falling so that strength against breakage is intensified.
