PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine, capable of preventing breakage of a case body of an water injection case or the like even when water in a supply water receiving chamber even if body to receive water supplied from an external water source through a supply water means is frozen, or preventing leak of the water from the case body to the external even when it is broken. SOLUTION: On walls facing inside of the case body 8 of a first supply water receiving chamber 10 and a second supply water receiving chamber 11, thin parts 20, 21, 30, and 31 are formed. When the water left in the first supply water receiving chamber 10 and the second supply water receiving chamber 11 is frozen, the thin parts 20, 21, 30, and 31 are deformed to expand, so that expansion pressure of ice when frozen can be absorbed. Even if the thin parts 20, 21, 30, and 31 are broken, water leaking from the supply water receiving chambers 10 and 11 remains in the case body 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
