PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated house which has a constitution capable of moving the prefabricated house by man power without the use of heavy equipment. SOLUTION: The prefabricated house 1 is equipped with a house body 1h in which a room space 6 is formed by coupling a wall 5, a floor 9 and a roof 4 to a column 2 and a beam 3. The fabricated house is characterized in that the house body 1h is provided with wheels 11 which are brought into contact with an installation surface for installing the house body 1h, so that a floor 9 of house body 1h is separated away from the installation surface when the house body 1h is moved.
