PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna-measuring device capable of omitting operation processing at near-field to far-field conversion, and accurately measuring the state where an antenna to be measured is fixed, when measuring at a close distance, a radiation pattern in the distance from the antenna to be measured. SOLUTION: Phase shifters B11-Bmn are able to adjust the phase of an exciting signal, to each of antenna elements A11-Amn. Variable attenuators C11-Cmn are able to adjust the amplitude of the excitation signal to each of the antenna elements A11-Amn. A measuring device control device 3 controls the excitation phase and excitation amplitude to each of the antenna elements A11-Amn, and thereby generates a combined radiation wave from the antenna elements A11-Amn so as to have a peak in the desired angular direction, in the far-field domain of the antenna elements A11-Amn, and to have a flat shape in a near field domain of the antenna elements A11-Amn.
