PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the dissolving amount of gas in a liquid by making the stagnation time of the gas bubbles in the liquid longer than before. SOLUTION: The gas-liquid stirrer includes a stirring tank 1 storing the liquid, a gas diffusion part 7 ejecting gas bubbles into the stirring tank 1, a drive shaft 2 suspended into the stirring tank 1 and a plurality of the stirring blades 3A and 3B provided to the drive shaft 2 in a multistage fashion, and the stirring blades 3A and 3B of the respective stages apply forces in mutually different directions to the liquid.
