PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding liquid supply device more surely supplying a grinding liquid to a grinding point without being affected by an air stream flowing around by rotation of a grind stone while suppressing an installation cost, and also to provide a grinding liquid supply nozzle. SOLUTION: The grinding liquid supply device 100 is provided in a grinder employing the grind stone 30 having a circumferential surface 32 formed for grinding a workpiece by turning at a high speed and supplies the grinding liquid to the grinding point P of the material to be machined. The grinding liquid supply device 100 is equipped with: a supply pipe 110 in which the grinding liquid is supplied; and a discharge nozzle 120 coupled with the supply pipe 110 for discharging the grinding liquid therefrom. The discharge nozzle 120 has: a block wall 122 provided adjacently to the circumferential surface 32 of the grind stone 30 for blocking the air stream flowing around by the rotation of the grind stone 30; and an outlet port 124 provided closer from the block wall 122 to the rotation direction R of the grind stone 30 for discharging the grinding liquid toward the circumferential surface 32 of the grind stone 30.
