PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a micro line pattern, taking environmental issues into consideration, the micro line pattern which is high in productivity compared with a screen printing method, and also to provide a photogravure printing machine therefor. SOLUTION: This method forms the micro line pattern with a line width of 1-60 μm by a conductive paste 8 on one surface of a flexible substrate 3. The conductive paste 8 is pressed with a doctor blade 7 into a pattern groove of the micro line pattern of a photogravure formed on the surface of a photogravure core 1 of a rotogravure printer 10. At the position of 45-180° clockwise or counterclockwise from the upper end viewed from a rotating shaft direction of the photogravure core 1, line contact of the photogravure core 1 and the flexible substrate 3 pressed by an impression cylinder 2 is made to transfer the conductive paste 8 from the photogravure to the flexible substrate 3.
