PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for highly safely allowing even the deep part of skin to be impregnated with a medicine without causing pain. SOLUTION: The device 1 for electroporation includes: micro needles (anode needles) 12 serving as anodes as an electrode; and micro needles 13 (cathode needles) serving as cathodes, where the anode needles 12 and the cathode needles 13 are alternately arranged in a prescribed direction. It is favorable that the distal ends 120b of the anode needles 12 and the distal ends 130b of the cathode needles 13 are made into insertion parts long enough to penetrate the horny layer of the skin.
