PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a person-on-board support control device that can prevent a baby and a child from being damaged due to the breakage or the like of a child safety seat since a headrest (person-on-board support) is not displaced at a seat where the child safety seat is installed even if a danger of a collision approaches. SOLUTION: The person-on-board support control device controls an operation of a person-on-board support included in the seat of a vehicle. The control device includes a collision detecting unit for detecting that the danger of the collision approaches the vehicle, a displacing unit for displacing the person-on-board support to a safety side to reduce the danger approaching a person on board when the collision detecting unit determines that the danger of the collision approaches, and a person-on-board detecting unit for determining that it is in either (A) a state the person on board seats on the seat without the child safety seat is not installed in the seat or (B) a state that the child safety seat is installed in the seat or the person on board does not seat on the seat.
