PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric mascara applicator using second mascara without replacing a body part having a built-in battery, having a length convenient for carrying, using mascara on the market, and applying the mascara solution to eyelashes without partly missing. SOLUTION: The body part 1 and a mascara container 12 are connected to each other through a cap part 6. The body part 1 contains the battery 2 and a geared motor 3 rotating on receiving the power from the battery 2, and the end thereof includes a rotary member 4 rotating on receiving the rotation of the geared motor 3. The mascara container 12 is a cylindrical container, the top 13 of which is opened, and which stores the mascara 14 in the interior. The cap part 6 is a cap for the mascara container 12, which is constructed so that a brush part 10 is fixed to the center of the top surface, and connecting member 8a, 8b connected to the rotary member are provided at the bottom part.
