PROPELLER SHAFT IN VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A vehicle propeller shaft which improves the performance of a vehicle by continuously transferring varying torque of an engine is provided to improve the strength of a shaft by manufacturing a propeller shaft using triple structure of rubber layer, an aluminum shaft and a composite shaft. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle propeller shaft comprises an aluminum shaft(110), a composite shaft(120) and a rubber layer(130). The aluminum shaft connects the rotary shaft of a back wheel and a transmission in order to transfer the power of a vehicle. The composite shaft is included in order to protect the outside of the aluminum shaft. The composite shaft has a fiber-reinforced structure strengthened with a carbon fiber. The rubber layer protects the outside of the composite shaft.
