<p>PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing interior board using recycled polyurethanes is provided to maximize the fire retardant characteristic by including organic-inorganic composites. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing interior board using recycled polyurethanes comprises the steps of: mixing an organic material, an inorganic refractory filler and a liquid silicate and catalyst with a recycled polyurethane which has a particle of 50μm - 400μm and specific gravity of 0.15 or less; injecting the mixture to the mold; and hardening the injected mixture at 105°C- 255°C.</p> |
