PURPOSE: A method for transmitting RACH information of a mobile communication system is provided to simultaneously transmit an RRC Connection REQ and an NAS Service REQ, thereby removing delay due to sequential transmission of the RRC connection REQ and the NAS Service REQ. CONSTITUTION: An ENB(Evolved-NodeB) transmits preamble ID range information and a channel offset value belonging to preamble group C(311). The terminal transmits the selected preamble by PRACH(Physical Random Access Channel) resources(331). The ENB transmits information for a TTI(Transmission Time Interval) bundling application indicator and the number of TTIs(351). The terminal transmits a message in which an RRC(Radio Resource Control) Connection REQ and an NAS Service REQ are combined(361).
