PURPOSE: A chip for cell amplification and an isothermal amplification reactor using the saem are provided to quickly and accurately amplify cell without contamination. CONSTITUTION: A chip(10) for cell amplification comprises: a sample inlet(11) for inletting biological sample solution; a first flow path(12) for containing the biological sample solution; a reagent inlet(13) for inletting reagent from the outside; a second flow path(14) which is connected to the reagent inlet and contains reagent; and a reaction chamber(15) for containing the biological sample solution and reagent by being connected with the first and second flow paths. The biological sample solution contains genome DNA.
