PURPOSE: A laser irradiation device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the broken defect of a cross-section surface by preventing the stress which is generated when a laser is irradiated. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(101) is settled in a stage(110). A bonding member(103) is arranged between the first substrate and a second substrate(102). A laser oscillation member(120) irradiates a laser to the bonding member. A temperature maintaining member(150) maintains the temperature of the first substrate to a predetermined temperature.
