PURPOSE: A method for setting a precoder in an open loop MIMO system is provided to apply an optimized procoder according to a type of allocated resources, thereby increasing performance of a system. CONSTITUTION: When a base station requests feedback to a user device, the base station notifies a localization mode and a diversity mode for the feedback(S401). The user device selects a precoder from a codebook subset corresponding to the notified mode. The user device transmits feedback information by applying the precoder(S402). The base station allocates resources to the user device by the feedback information(S403).
