PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube yarning apparatus is provided to produce a carbon nanotube fiber by drawing out carbon nanotubes from a carbon nanotube layer formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube yarning apparatus for producing a carbon nanotube fiber(120) comprises the following: a needle(130) contacting a carbon nanotube layer(112); a needle rotating motor(140) rotating the needle; a rotating motor table(150) supporting the needle rotating motor; and a linear actuator(160) supporting the rotating motor table to move the table closer or further to a substrate supporter.
