PURPOSE: A file holder is provided to enable a user to write a memo on the both sides of a document. CONSTITUTION: A file holder comprises: a cover(100); an inner binder(200); a binding unit(B) which is formed in a double band shape through which both end portion and an upper portion are connected to each other; an upper fixing band(301) which is connected to the upper portion of the binder; and a lower fixing band(302) which is connected to the lower portion of the binder.
