PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing a telephone number search keyword and a recording medium thereof are provided to include a keyword tree for storing and managing a keyword by a category and refer to a keyword that a customer inputs and the keyword tree, thereby conveniently searching a telephone number. CONSTITUTION: When a categorized keyword is registered to search a telephone, a keyword reading unit(110) checks a region corresponding to the telephone number and a category of the keyword. An information checking unit(115) checks a keyword by the same category registered in the same area and a keyword registration fee. A rank determining unit(120) determines a priority according to a keyword registration price. An information storage unit(125) connects the keyword, the telephone number, regional information, a category class, the keyword registration price, and the priority and stores it.
