PURPOSE: A spinal fixation apparatus is provided to increase the combining force by minimizing the deformation of a pedicle fixing screw and a set screw. CONSTITUTION: A pedicle fixing screw(11) comprises a head unit(13) having a plurality of female screws formed on one portion of the inner circumference of a storing groove(15) and a screw part(25) pecked into the pedicle. The pedicle fixing screw is fixed to the damaged pedicle. A spine rod(31) is accepted in the storing groove.
