PURPOSE: A careman multitap is provided to prevent a waste of power by blocking power consumption in a power-off state of a main electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A care processor(254) compares the currently consumed power from a connector(221) with the power memorized in a memory, and the memory stores a power value consumed in a power-off state of a first electronic device. An initial power consumption recognizer recognizes the power consumed in the power-off state of the initial first electronic device through the sensed current quantity. If the currently-consumed power is larger than the memorized power, the care processor initializes a timer(252).
