PURPOSE: A noninflammable coating material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer the high hardness and the flame retardant property to a construction material or a steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a noninflammable coating material comprises the following steps: adding a pigment, a ceramic particle, and a polymer dispersing agent to a flame retardant binder, and dispersing using a sand mill or a high-speed dissolver; adding a surface control agent and an antifoaming agent to the flame retardant paint produced from the previous step, and mixing for 10~20 minutes; and adding anhydrous silica for dispersing for 10~20 minutes. |
