PURPOSE: An overflow-preventing bank structure is provided to facilitate the creation of vegetation or function as a road and to prevent a break in a bank due to overflow. CONSTITUTION: An overflow-preventing bank structure comprises a bank protection portion and a bank connection portion. The bank protection portion comprises an overflow protection unit(214). The dam body is coated with the overflow protection unit. The bank connection portion connects the overflow protection units to each other.
