PURPOSE: Spring footwear for supporting a balanced diet is provided, in which a spring offered to the bottom of the footwear is conveniently and stably fixed between the rearward bottom surface and outsole of the footwear body. CONSTITUTION: Spring footwear for supporting a balanced diet comprises: a spring of a coil type offered between the rearward bottom surface of the body(100) and an outsole supported in the surface; a bonding groove(120) in which the top end portion edge of the spring is formed in the rearward bottom surface of the body; an upper holder fixed to the bonding groove; and a lower holder combined with the fixing groove. |
