PURPOSE: A spare-tire fixing device is provided to prevent a spare tire from interfering with a seat in a trunk room since the spare tire is arranged to slope using a fixing member with a tilting function. CONSTITUTION: A spare-tire fixing device comprises a board panel(1), a spare tire(3), a tilting fixing member(100), a fixing unit and a tilting unit. The board panel is arranged in the trunk room. The spare tire is arranged on the board panel and can be replaced when the mounted tire is flat. The tilting fixing member is installed on one side of the board panel and the spare tire is connected to the tilting fixing member to have a slope and a tool, which is used when the spare tire is mounted, can be installed on the tilting fixing member. The tilting fixing member is connected to the board panel and the fixing unit fixes the spare tire. The tilting member is connected to the lower part of the fixing unit, strengthens the durability of the fixing unit and a tool, which is used when the spare tire is mounted, is installed on the tilting member.
