PURPOSE: A liquid heater using a light emitting diode is provided to heat the liquid flowing through the heat exchange fluid path by forming the heat exchange fluid path between a heater and a fluid path forming part. CONSTITUTION: A heater(120) generates the light and the heat by using the power. The heater is heated by the light-emitting diode package offering the heat of the constant temperature. The inner surface and the outer surface of the heater are arranged to face each other. The heat exchange fluid path sends the fluid in a specific direction between a flow route formation part(140) and the heater. |
