PURPOSE: A decoration shading sheet and producing apparatus thereof are provided to increase shade effect without additional holes through the ratio of a printed side and non-printed side. CONSTITUTION: A decoration shading sheet includes a transparent film layer(11), an anti-ultraviolet ink layer(13), an anti-ultraviolet layer(15), a heat insulation ink layer(17), a heat insulation processing layer(19). The anti-ultraviolet ink layer is included in the front side of the transparent film layer. The anti-ultraviolet layer is arranged on the outside of the anti-ultraviolet ink layer. The heat insulation ink layer is included in the back side of the transparent film layer. The heat insulation layer is arranged on the outside of the heat insulation ink layer.
