Dielectric ceramics represented as: CaxZrO3+aMn+bLi+cB+dSi and comprising: based on 100 mol of CaxZrO3 (where 1.00≦̸x≦̸1.10), 0.5≦̸a≦̸4.0 mol, and 6.0≦̸b+c+d≦̸15.0 mol, in which 0.15≦̸b/(c+d)≦̸0.55, and 0.20≦̸d/c≦̸3.30 or multi-layer ceramic capacitor using the same.
