PURPOSE: A fuse circuit and a semiconductor device including the same are provided to reduce a product development time by analyzing a circuit through the resistance measurement of a fuse. CONSTITUTION: A fuse unit(410) drives an output terminal through a current path including a fuse. A precharging unit(430) precharges a common node in response to a precharging signal. The precharging unit includes a PMOS transistor(PM0) which receives a precharging signal through a gate. A comparator(450) is activated in response to an activation signal. The comparator generates a repair information signal by comparing the reference voltage of a preset level with the level of the output terminal.
