PURPOSE: An intelligent fire pattern recognition system is provided to reduce installation costs and to function as a CCTV. CONSTITUTION: An image control & transmitting part(200) receive an image from an image inputting part(100) and converts the received image into a MPEG4 H.264 format. An image processing & pattern recognizing part(300) is connected to the internet by using the IP of the image control & transmitting part. The image processing & pattern recognizing part controls an inputted image at the speed of 30 frames per second and outputs it to a CCTV through a viewer. The frames are separately captured at the speed of two frames per second. Finally, a preceding image and a later image are compared with each other.
