PURPOSE: An apparatus supporting mechanism, a sheet feeding apparatus and an image forming apparatus are provided to implement the earth operation of a support member or separating motion for an installation surface of the image forming apparatus. CONSTITUTION: When a connection member(115) protrudes from a fixation member(111), a support member(112) protrudes toward the external direction of the installation region of the apparatus. If the support member protrudes toward the external direction of the installation region of the apparatus, a displacement tool moves the support member to a first position. If the support member moves in the back direction in the installation region of the apparatus, the displacement tool moves the support member to a second position.
