PURPOSE: A one sheet test device and a one sheet test method thereof are provided to accurately measure a current by using current stabilization time during a test process. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of panels are formed on a one sheet substrate. A plurality of first interconnections are arranged between the plurality of panels in a first direction and are connected to the plurality of panels. A switching control part(312) generates a switching control signal which controls the plurality of switches and a plurality of voltage applying parts. A current reading part(310) reads out the output of the A/D converter.
