PURPOSE: A terminal device of a high speed radio transmitting system is provided to optimize a NeMA(New Mobile Access System) system for IMT-advanced mobile communication, thereby transceiving information at a faster speed than HSPA(High Speed Packet Access). CONSTITUTION: A process unit(121) transmits and receives information by an L3 terminal(110) and a gigabit ethernet port. A baseband modem unit(123) modulates or demodulates information that the process unit receives using 64 QAM(Quadrature Amplitude modulation) into a digital signal. A frequency conversion unit(125) converts the digital signal into an analog signal of 20MHz bandwidth. The frequency conversion unit transmits the analog signal by a plurality of multiple antennas.
