PURPOSE: A device for grinding the fuel oil in an internal combustion engine is provided to enable a sludge component of 10~20% of the fuel oil to be ground and used as fuel since both the electric/magnetic force using a square-wave current and the resonance through frequency modulation are applied. CONSTITUTION: A device for grinding the fuel oil in an internal combustion engine comprises a fuel pipe(3), an induction coil(5), a sensor(7) and a resonance frequency converter(9). The fuel pipe is connected to the combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine and supplies the fuel oil. The induction coil is wound on the outer circumferential surface of the fuel pipe. Current is selectively applied to the induction coil and the electric/magnetic force is generated. The sensor senses the disconnection and the overload of the induction coil. The resonance frequency converter applies the current to the induction coil and repetitively applies the predetermined frequency bandwidth through time modulation.
