PURPOSE: A floor installation type fire escape device is provided, which enables a final evacuee to close an upper door surely. CONSTITUTION: A floor installation type fire escape device comprises: a top link(3) in which an upper end is connected to an upper door(1) by a hinge; a bottom link(9) in which the bottom is hinge-connected to a lower lever(10') hinge-connected to the bottom door(2) and the middle portion is hinge-connected to a frame(11); a fixture(4) in which the upper end of the bottom link connects the upper end of the upper lever in order to be elastically supported by a spring; a fixation pin(7) inserted into a pin hole(5) formed in the end of the fixture; and a draw string(8) connected to the fixation pin.
