PURPOSE: An OLED display and a forming method thereof are provided to improve the quality of an image and the brightness of an image. CONSTITUTION: An n-channel transistor is formed on a substrate. The n-channel transistor includes a gate, a source, and a drain. An OLED(16) is formed on the substrate. The OLED includes an anode(40), a light-emitting layer formed on the anode, and a cathode formed on the light-emitting layer. |
