PURPOSE: A method for reducing the load of a mobile communication terminal and a device for securing a message performing the same are provided to check infection of virus about an attached file of a originator in advance, thereby blocking the mobile virus in advance. CONSTITUTION: A virus inspection unit extracts an attached file from a message if the attached file is included in a received message(S101,S105). If the message is infected with the virus, the virus inspection unit cures the virus by a vaccine program of a virus information DB(S109,S111). The virus inspection unit reattaches the cured attached file to a message(S113). A message transmitting unit transmits the message to a receiver terminal(S115).
