PURPOSE: A dioptric color selection device is provided to enable a user to select an optimum color by rapidly testing many colors through the combination of a first and a second color filter. CONSTITUTION: A first filter(10) comprises a plurality of first collar filters and a first rotary cylinder. The plurality of first collar filters are radially arranged in the inner surface of the first rotary cylinder. A second filter(30) comprises a plurality of second color filters and a second rotary cylinder. The plurality of second color filters are radially arranged in the inner surface of the second rotary cylinder. A light source part(50) is arranged to be contiguous to the rotary shaft of the first and the second filter in order to irradiate the beam of light to the first and the second filter. A color control part(70) varies the color and the saturation of the beam of light passing through the first and the second filter.
