ECO-FRIENDLY COLOR-SILICA FOR PAVEMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Environment-friendly color silica for paving a bottom and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve durability by preventing discoloring and to eliminate harmful materials using an antibiotic function. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of environment-friendly color silica for paving a bottom is as follows. A water-soluble alkyd resin solution is produced by adding amine to an ester compound and neutralizing the ester compound(S1). A coating compound is produced by mixing water-soluble melamine resin 20~50 weight% and color paint to the water-soluble alkyd resin solution(S2). Silica with 130~150°C temperature is coated with the coating compound(S3).
