PURPOSE: A metal bar for die casting and a lower supporting plate of a stack of metal bars including the same are provided to improve user convenience by forming a ring part by crushing a metal lump. CONSTITUTION: A metal bar for die casting comprises a body, a plurality of supports, a breaking part(120), and a plurality of ring parts(130). The plurality of supporting parts is respectively formed at both sides of the body in a longitudinal direction of the body. The breaking part is formed in a direction crossing a longitudinal direction of the body. A plurality of ring parts are respectively formed at both sides of the body.
