PURPOSE: A light emitting device and a light emitting device package are provided to suppress the entry of light to a chip by combing light from an LED active layer with phosphor. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(120) includes a first conductive semiconductor layer(122), a second conductive semiconductor layer(126), and an active layer between the first conductive semiconductor layer and the second conductive semiconductor layer. A second electrode layer supports a light emitting structure. A light extraction pattern is formed inside the second electrode layer and is contacted with the light emitting structure. |
