PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to control illuminance inside a passenger room according to the brightness change outside the room by selectively turning off either a first lamp or a second lamp. CONSTITUTION: A first lamp(110) is arranged in the upper end part of the inside panel of a passenger room. A second lamp(120) is arranged in the inside panel of the passenger room in order to be located under the first lamp. A lighting cover(130) comprises an opening(131), a reflecting mirror(134), and an illumination window(135). The light emitted from the first lamp is irradiated to the sealing panel of the passenger room through the opening. The reflecting mirror reflects the light emitted from the second lamp to the passenger room. The illumination window passes through the light reflected by the reflecting mirror.
