PURPOSE: A method for configuring a list of adjacent base stations is provided to reset a base station adjacent to a specific base station according to scanning information of the base station adjacent to the specific base station, thereby reducing not detection probability between base stations. CONSTITUTION: A base station adjacent to the first base station among base stations is determined according to location information about the first base station to which an SON(Self-Organizing Network) controller is added. The controller generates a candidate list about the adjacent base stations(S105). The base station determines the base station adjacent to the first base station according to the first scanning information for a base station in the candidate list. The controller generates the first adjacent base station list for the adjacent base station(S113).
