PURPOSE: A double clutch is provided to secure a work space for fixing a bearing to fix a central plate to a cavity axis of a transmission without changing an assembly state. CONSTITUTION: A power outputting unit(7) forms a radius directional inner side of a disk part(3) including a friction surface with a central plate and is exposed to the outside of a double clutch(5) in an axial direction. The power outputting unit is assembled in the disk part to change the mutual rotation restriction state. A restricting unit restricts the axial movement of the power outputting unit with regard to the disk part to fix the connection between the power outputting unit and the disk part.
