PROBE UNIT INCLUDING MANUPULATOR AND PROBE-BLOCK FOR VISUAL TEST

PURPOSE: A probe unit including a manipulator and a probe-block for visual test are provided to easily modify the securing position for a unit base by providing a symmetrical securing body which consists a probe block for visual testing of a manipulator. CONSTITUTION: A unit base part(10) has the plate structure on the top of the probe stage. A gross test manipulator part(20) is installed according to the front side of the unit base part. A gross test manipulator portion(25) is mounted with a stylus contacting a gross test pad. A visual testing manipulator(30) is mounted spaced from the gross test manipulator.
