PURPOSE: A tower flange manufacturing apparatus is provided to rapidly manufacture a tower flange by being moved horizontally and vertically by a four-axis speed reducer. CONSTITUTION: A tower flange manufacturing apparatus comprises a transfer guide frame(60), a support pillar(62), tool units(20,30,40,50), a horizontal transferring unit(10), a spinning table(82), and a controller. The support pillar supports the transfer guide frame. The tool units move respectively along the tool unit path(64) of the transfer guide frame. The horizontal transferring unit is mounted on the intersecting point of the transfer guide frames in order to simultaneously move the tool units. The controller controls the operation of the horizontal transferring unit, the tool unit, and the spinning table. |
