PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound, and an organic electroluminescent device using thereof are provided to produce the organic electroluminescent device with the high efficiency and the long lifetime. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is marked with either chemical formula 1 or 2. In the chemical formulas, A1~A5 and B1~B8 are N or CR21. L1 and L2 are a chemical bond, substituted or non-substituted C6~C30 arylene, or substituted or non-substituted C3~C30 heteroarylene. The L1 and L2 are incapable of being the chemical bond at the same time.
