摘要 PURPOSE: A composition containing complex herb extract and a method for producing processed duck meat are provided to ensure high anti-obesity effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing and treating obesity contains 30-35 weight% of pine needle extract, 30-35 weight% of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus extract, 15-20 weight% of Lycium chinense miller extract and 15-20 weight% of Panax ginseng extract. The herb extract is isolated using water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms or mixture solvent thereof. A processed product of duck meat is smoked barbecue, smoked ham, or smoked sausage.
