PURPOSE: A method for preparing polarizing plate, a polarizing plate, and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same are provided to offer a polarizer with improved adhesion by plasma-processing one surface of cycloolefin protection film joined with the polarizer using the mixed gas containing CF4. CONSTITUTION: At least one surface of the cycloolefin protection film is welded to a polarizer using the polyvinylalcohol adhesive. One surface of the cycloolefin group protection film welded with the polarized light device is treated with the mixing gas of CF4 and N2. The content of the CF4 gas is 0.01 to 50 % of mixing gas.
